For those of you who are insisting on waiting for Apple to put Flash on iDevices:
> Adobe on Wednesday confirmed that it will no longer develop its Flash Player for mobile platforms like Android, and will instead pour its efforts into creating Adobe AIR applications for native storefronts like Apple's iOS App Store.

Equalizer question

I have tried changing the equalizer setting on my phone to the bass boost or rock setting to improve lower range with a small set of quality speakers. I started out with equalizer off. Then while playing a song I selected different equal options. I cannot tell any difference in the sound. I even tried flat and voice to try an extreme swing. I notice no difference with the internal phone speakers either.
My question then is does this equal setting not work on the fly? Must I stop and start the player, or is there an "apply" button I did not tap?
As always, thank you for your replies.

I have a 4 and have not found an equalizer.
Im guessing you are using one from the app store.
since were on the subjet, i have been wondering if anybody is using a good audio equalizer and if i could get a recomendation or two..
On my other phone i use PowerAmp and it has a built in EQ that works great. I find my self using my other phone for music more and would like to go back to my iphone from time to time but with out a good EQ i dont like to..
thanks

If you have really good earbuds or a really good headset (cans), do you really need an equalizer?
The only time I've used Apple earbuds is on vacation. Normally I use the Sennheiser 280 Pro
